Recordings of your voice (pronunciation comparison) stay in your browser: they are never sent to our servers or to any third party.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the contract (purchase of the method, learning space, AI Tutor subscription) and on consent (sign-up). The follow-up emails (weekly summary and reminders) are based on our legitimate interest in helping you complete the method: you can refuse them at any time from your account or with the link in each email.
4. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union
Your data is never sold. It is only passed on to the providers needed to run the service:
- Stripe (payments and subscriptions): it processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Anthropic PBC (provider of the Claude artificial intelligence model used by the AI Tutor): it receives the text of your questions, the history of the current conversation and extracts from the courses, and, when you send them, your answers to an exercise ("Check" button) or the image of an area of a page you have circled, in order to generate the answer. For the career tutor of the Job Pack, it receives the content you submit: your CV (without your name, email, phone number or LinkedIn profile), your LinkedIn headline and summary, your answers to the practice interview or the text of your presentation. It does not use this data to train its models and only keeps it for a limited time, in accordance with its commercial terms. Your name and email address are not passed on to it.
Stripe and Anthropic are based in the United States: these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
We recommend that you do not include sensitive personal information in your questions to the tutor.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of your data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: ask for your account to be deleted
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Objection: object to the processing

6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, bcrypt hashing for passwords, and CSRF tokens to protect forms.
7. Cookies
The site uses three kinds of cookies:

The Meta advertising cookie is only set after your explicit consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit. As long as you have not accepted, no data is sent to Meta and your browsing is not measured for advertising purposes.
When you accept, the data sent to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd includes: the pages visited, the actions taken on the site (webinar sign-up, purchase) and technical identifiers (IP address, browser identifier). Meta then processes this data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy.
